The recent fire in San Mateo County has been the largest we’ve seen in years, devastating our community and destroying an affordable housing building. Our hearts go out to everyone affected by this tragedy. But we’ve witnessed incredible unity and resilience in the face of adversity. A huge thank you to all the fire agencies that came together to battle the blaze. Additionally, we appreciate how our community members promptly evacuated and followed law enforcement’s guidance. Your cooperation made a significant difference in this emergency. Let’s continue to support each other during this difficult time.
